IQVIA is looking for an accomplished Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to drive oncology trial engagement in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and India. You will champion best practices in scientific exchange, support clinical site activation, and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across diverse healthcare systems. Key Responsibilities: Deliver field-based medical/scientific expertise to support oncology research initiatives across four countries. Conduct educational sessions and protocol presentations for trial staff and lead investigators. Work closely with sites to troubleshoot recruitment and screening challenges, providing actionable solutions. Interface between clinical sites and IQVIA project teams to streamline study operations. Develop and maintain compliant interactions with HCPs and KOLs in varying cultural contexts. Gather critical field feedback, including protocol suggestions and competitor intelligence. Represent the trial at national and international medical symposia and advisory boards in Asia. Stay current on cancer therapeutics, investigational compounds, and regional healthcare trends. Guarantee all activities meet local and international codes of practice and IQVIA standards. Required Qualifications: MD, PhD, PharmD (preferred) or master’s degree with relevant experience. Minimum of 2 years in an MSL or comparable scientific/medical function. Solid experience in oncology research, especially with solid tumors. Comprehensive knowledge of clinical trial processes and site engagement in multi-country settings. Fluency in English required; proficiency in one or more of Mandarin, Malay, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi is advantageous. Permission to work in at least one country in the territory and availability for regional travel. Valid driver’s license.
