Medical Science Liaison Radiology (m/f/d) As a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL), you act as the primary scientific expert in the field of Radiology, strategically advising both internal and external stakeholders in Germany. You convey scientific and educational information and engage with thought leaders through innovative formats. As an MSL, you drive the medical and brand-related strategy in collaboration with local and regional partners, ensuring all materials are scientifically approved. Additionally, you contribute to the generation of clinical evidence for radiology products and promote the involvement of medical professionals in educational formats, including advisory boards and CME events. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and develop long-term peer-to-peer relationships with thought leaders (TLs) and other relevant stakeholders proactively; Conduct in-depth medical and scientific discussions, presentations, data exchanges, and training sessions; Carry out field medical activities and gather and share relevant strategic insights as part of your role; Engage with medical professionals at relevant local meetings and congresses and take responsibility for organizing advisory boards; Translate the local medical plan into actionable engagement strategies with TLs in collaboration with cross-functional teams, which is crucial for the implementation of the medical strategy; Provide medical support for internal projects such as pre-launch activities, reimbursement processes, dossier creation, and commercial campaigns; Train and educate cross-functional partners (e.g., sales and marketing) on product data and Radiology Suite knowledge as part of your role; Review and scientifically approve all radiology-related materials and external communications, advising cross-functional teams with your medical and scientific expertise; Document and process medical information requests according to local medical information handling processes. WHO YOU ARE: Strong scientific or medical background; you are a licensed physician, pharmacist, or have completed a high-level scientific university degree; Ideally, you have experience in Radiology or the medical technology industry; Several years of experience as a Medical Scientific Liaison and/or Advisor in the industry or other medical functions; Strong networking and effective stakeholder management skills; Entrepreneurial thinking, comfortable working in cross-functional teams, and understanding of how marketing and sales functions operate in the pharmaceutical industry; Goal-oriented, prioritize for the benefit of the company, and your behavior reflects Bayer's values; High willingness to travel; Excellent German and English language skills complete your profile.
