EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a medical role
  • Experience as an MSL is highly beneficial
  • Experience in immunology therapeutic area preferred
  • Knowledge of type-2 inflammatory diseases (atopic dermatitis, asthma, etc.) is advantageous

EDUCATION

  • Advanced scientific degree - PhD, Master’s degree, MBChB, or Pharmacist degree

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Good knowledge of pharmacovigilance and local regulatory processes
  • Ability to build strategic plans and implement medical initiatives
  • Familiarity with omnichannel tools and ability to communicate via digital channels from remote environments
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking

SOFT SKILLS

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to simplify complex scientific topics
  • Strong negotiation and networking abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity
  • Team player with collaborative approach

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive travel within assigned territory (approximately 60-70%)
  • Occasional attendance at national and international scientific meetings
Responsibilities
  • Build and develop enduring value-based trusted partnerships through scientific engagement with healthcare professionals and institutions in the rapidly evolving immunology therapeutic area
  • Engage proactively and reactively with healthcare professionals, payers, and institutions regarding identified products and related immunology topics
  • Execute the Country Medical Plan in alignment with global and regional strategies
  • Generate actionable and valuable insights and propose solutions based on field interactions
  • Create cross-functional partnerships and collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Comply with local and corporate compliance frameworks for external and internal interactions Generate and share actionable insights on the external healthcare environment in a timely manner.
