Job Description Summary Medical Science Liaison Location: Selangor #LI -Onsite As a Medical Science Liaison, you will identify, map, and engage Medical Experts and Key Accounts in alignment with country medical strategy. You will support scientific exchange, clinical research activities, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring all activities are conducted in line with ethics and compliance standards. Job Description Major accountabilities: Identify, map, and prioritize Medical Experts and Key Accounts based on scientific and medical needs. Develop and execute Medical Expert engagement plans aligned with country medical strategy. Respond appropriately to unsolicited requests for medical information from Medical Experts. Collect impactful insights from Medical Experts to inform and shape medical strategy. Support clinical research programs, optimize trial execution, and provide scientific educational support to potential and active study sites in collaboration with clinical operations. Facilitate Investigator Initiated Trial processes upon investigator request. Serve as a medical resource for disease area and compound or product training for field matrix colleagues. Requirements: Medical Degree, PhD or Pharmay qualification Relevant Medical Scientific Liaison experience, preferably in Cardiovascular Strong operational discipline with the ability to execute medical plans and priorities. Scientific credibility and the ability to engage Medical Experts through meaningful scientific exchange. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and insight-gathering skills.
