Join our team as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) and play a key role in driving medical excellence for a specialized portfolio! This position covers both public and private sectors, ensuring strong scientific engagement and education across stakeholders. Your role: Implement the medical strategy defined by the business unit. Maintain close coordination with Market Access and Commercial teams. Ensure effective communication of the product’s scientific narrative. Develop and maintain collaborations and relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs). Engage with identified KOLs to strengthen medical education. Support the medical community with updated information and solid knowledge about the pathology and products Support initiatives for development in clinical research. Execute targeted tactics to address educational gaps. Promote safe and appropriate use of company products. Drive disease and brand awareness among healthcare professionals. Collect field insights to shape medical strategy. Provide scientific training and support to internal teams and external partners Who you are: Professional with a medical or health sciences background, with experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector Proficiency in English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to read, interpret, and communicate scientific and clinical data Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong knowledge of regulatory and market environment. Experience training healthcare professionals. Skilled in identifying and partnering with KOLs. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
