Your work will include performing diagnostic tests, interpreting results, and contributing to innovations in laboratory practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated scientist to develop expertise in a critical area of pathology, with access to mentorship and ongoing professional development. The role is 24/7 roster with oncall once fully trained.     About you    To be successful in this role you will possess:   Majors in Haematology and/or Transfusion required Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience A strong commitment to high quality care The ability to work as part of a diverse team Excellent communication and organisational skills   Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice).
