As a Medical Scribe at OrthoArizona, you’ll get to: * Accompany orthopedic surgeons in the exam room to document patient visits. * Type detailed notes, including History of Present Illness (HPI), physical examinations, imaging dictations, assessments, and treatment plans. * Input diagnosis codes and office visit orders. * Receive a letter of recommendation attesting to your dedication and skills for your future career and educational pursuits. Responsibilities

The Medical Scribe will accompany orthopedic surgeons in exam rooms to document patient visits and detailed clinical notes. They are also responsible for inputting diagnosis codes and managing office visit orders.
