Job Title: Medical Scribe (Remote) Company: Vital Virtuals Global HR Solutions Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time / Part-time About the Role Vital Virtuals Global HR Solutions is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to support healthcare providers by documenting patient encounters in real time. This role is ideal for individuals who want to work closely with medical professionals, gain exposure to clinical workflows, and build a long-term career in healthcare all while working from home. Key Responsibilities Document patient encounters in real time during virtual or recorded consultations. Accurately input patient histories, physical exam findings, assessments, and treatment plans into the EMR/EHR. Update patient records, charts, and related documentation as directed by the provider. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all clinical documentation. Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold strict patient confidentiality at all times. Qualifications Preferred but not required: Previous experience as a medical scribe, transcriptionist, or clinical documentation specialist. Healthcare or clinical background (nursing, allied health, medical assisting, etc.) is strongly preferred. Highly beneficial: Familiarity with medical terminology and EMR/EHR systems. Required: Strong written English skills with excellent attention to detail. Fast and accurate typing skills. Ability to multitask, follow instructions, and work independently. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. Compensation $6 per hour during the first 3 months (training/probation). $7 per hour after successful completion of probation.
