Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a medical secretary or administrative assistant program preferred. * Minimum of two years of experience in a medical office or healthcare administrative role. * Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office). * Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare administrative procedures. * Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
