The Department of Surgery is seeking a talented, energetic Medical Secretary to support three academic Otolaryngologists sited at the
Hamilton General Hospital. The successful candidate will work well as a member of an administrative team in coordination with clinical
administrative staff at both McMaster Children’s Hospital and Hamilton General Hospital. This role would involve communication and management
of physician activities with other administrative team members.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Medical Secretary (II) is responsible for establishing priorities for office operations and performing a variety of secretarial and administrative duties within a clinical or medical practice setting.
