WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Receptionist/Secretary to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a friendly and professional demeanor. We have flexible days to suit your schedule as well. Reminder that you will be applying to a Medical Diagnostic Imaging company where diagnostic imaging’s such us X-Ray’s and Ultrasound’s will be carried out.
Adjustable shift schedules to fit your available time (Flexible). Monday through Saturday. Weekdays and Weekends

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar of events.
  • Maintain office supplies and order new items as needed.
  • Prepare documents for necessary examinations daily and events.
  • Provide administrative support to other staff members.
  • Manage filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Cleaning, maintaing workspace/clinic (Taking out trash, regular cleaning, etc.)
