The Medical Service Rental Coordinator coordinates medical equipment service calls and customer owned medical equipment repairs. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Fill rental orders, communicate with branch stores as necessary regarding the status * Receive incoming freight, and update NAR log with equipment issues, separate items that require quarantine * Remove items from new inventory and convert to rental status as needed * Monitor the amounts of equipment in the warehouse and help evaluated need for ordering replacement equipment * Complete a rental inventory as directed on a quarterly basis * Perform functional testing on various types of medical equipment * Clean outside Medical Service warehouse as necessary, sweep and mop, empty trash * Repair and perform preventive maintenance on various types of medical equipment, focusing on hospital beds and wheelchairs * Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rules * Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary Qualifications * High school graduate or equivalent * Previous experience in respiratory equipment repair preferred * Responsible and cooperative attitude * Ability to repair electric beds and wheelchairs * Demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity and patience when dealing with patients/clients, vendors and other Norco personnel * Ability to communicate information accurately by telephone and in person, using good customer service and employee relations skills * Accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge or any software applications applicable to the position * Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis * Ability to lift beds weighing over 100 lbs * Ability to work in an environment with fumes, odors, dust, gas, and poor ventilation * Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (i.e grasp, push, pull, lift, use hand and power tools, etc.) * Keep work area well organized Additional information Norco offers a competitive compensation/benefit package, including: * Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) * Health, Vision and Dental Insurance * Health Savings Account (HSA)  * Medical and Dependent Care Flex Accounts (FSA) * Life Insurance provided at no cost to employee by Norco through GAWDA * Supplemental Accident, Disease, and Life Insurance through Colonial Life Insurance * Employee Tuition Reimbursement * 401(k) with Employer Matching * Employee Discount on products sold by Norco Company Description Founded in 1948, Norco is headquartered in Boise, Idaho and has more than 70 branches in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Nevada, Washington, Utah and Wyoming.
