Key responsibilities will include a range of administrative and office duties such as: Coordinating and scheduling medical appointments Supporting marketing initiatives, including social media content creation Communicating professionally and effectively with clients and stakeholders Performing accurate data entry and record management Providing timely, courteous assistance to customers To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Previous experience in administrative support Experience in social media creation and marketing activities Medical or legal knowledge (highly desirable) Strong computer proficiency, including advanced MS Office skills Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work Excellent time‑management abilities, including managing multiple tasks simultaneously What We're Looking For: To excel in this role, you'll need: Outstanding communication skills to liaise effectively with key stakeholders, including lawyers and doctors.
