With ambitious plans to expand our presence—We are seeking a Full Time/Part Time experienced manager to take the lead in optimizing our operations, enhancing client experiences, and driving strategic growth initiatives.

Client Experience:

  • Maintain a strong focus on delivering a luxury, personalized client experience to ensure retention and referrals.
  • Regularly analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in leadership roles, with at least 5+ years in the aesthetics, and medical spa industry.
  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience in a senior operational role, preferably within the aesthetics, beauty, and wellness, with a deep understanding of the NYC market.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and cultivate a collaborative work environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Demonstrated success in scaling businesses, streamlining operations, and achieving measurable growth.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Experience with marketing strategy development, especially in SEO, digital campaigns, and client retention programs.
  • Visionary Mindset: Ability to align strategies with long-term business goals while staying adaptable to change.
  • Client-Centric: Passionate about enhancing client satisfaction, building high-performing teams, and scaling a luxury brand.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or equivalent is preferred
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The manager position will oversee CasaGlow’s business operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of services, scaling our brand, and driving profitability. As a key executive, you will work closely with the CEO to establish and execute a strategic roadmap that aligns with our growth goals and industry leadership.
This role demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the aesthetics industry, particularly within the competitive NYC market. The ideal candidate will be innovative, results-driven, and passionate about enhancing the client experience while ensuring operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Operations:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of CasaGlow, ensuring an unparalleled client experience in all services offered (Botox, fillers, facials, laser treatments, etc.).
  • Establish and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance team performance.
  • Create and execute a strategic vision that supports CasaGlow’s long-term goals.
  • Develop and enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to maintain consistency and high standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations for medical spa operations.

Growth and Expansion:

  • Manage all operational and logistical aspects.
  • Identify new market opportunities within NYC and surrounding areas, including partnerships, collaborations, and future locations.
  • Expand Casa Glow’s service offerings by analyzing trends in the aesthetics industry and implementing innovative solutions that align with client demands.

Marketing and Business Development:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that increase brand visibility and attract new clientele in NYC’s highly competitive market.

  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid media, email campaigns, website optimization and social media to drive client engagement and retention.
  • Implement strategies to boost online presence and optimize CasaGlow’s ranking on Google and other platforms.
  • Evaluate and refine loyalty programs, promotions, and client retention initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and lifetime value.
  • Research industry trends to expand service offerings and introduce innovative treatments aligned with client demand.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring a culture of professionalism, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Implement training programs to upskill staff and ensure exceptional client care.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial health and profitability across all locations.
  • Analyze P&L (Profit and Loss) statements, identify inefficiencies, and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising service quality.
