Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Medical Spa Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, the receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Schedule appointments for clients using our electronic scheduling system, ensuring optimal utilization of time and resources.
- Manage the reception area, including maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately.
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Office and electronic scheduling systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
- Work hours may vary and could include evenings or weekends based on business needs.
