Description

Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations. Monitor and manage chronic health conditions among employees. Provide medical consultations and first aid for workplace injuries or illnesses. Identify workplace health hazards and recommend preventive measures. Support compliance with occupational health regulations and standards. Participate in safety audits and risk assessments. Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical records. Prepare medical reports and documentation for HR and legal purposes. Ensure compliance with data protection and medical confidentiality laws. Advise HR on medical aspects of employee relations, absenteeism, and disability cases. Support HR in managing medical leaves, insurance claims, and health-related policies. Analyze health trends and provide reports to HR and management. Recommend strategies to improve overall employee health and reduce absenteeism.
