An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Medical Staff Administrator to support the General Intensive Care & Surgical HDU teams within Critical Care at University Hospital Southampton.
This role will provide GICU and SHDU with administration support for the consultant team and resident medical Staff medical.

To provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to the Critical Care teams of GICU and SHDU including Matron/Clinical Lead, Consultant/senior nursing staff and junior medical staff.
a) Ensure all relevant Medical eRosters are maintained correctly and submitted in a timely manner for payroll for additional payments including db rotas and Healthroster.
b) Ensure the correct allocation of Consultants/Doctors annual leave and update calendar and rotas accordingly.
c) Support Care Croup medical recruitment.
d) Provide support for Care Group medical staffing projects
