Schedule: Full-time Shift: Days Location: 100 HEALTH PARK DR, Louisville, 80027 The role you’ll contribute: Manages a variety of medical staff meetings and projects, including the independent performance of a wide range of complex administrative assistant duties and a multitude of office procedures in support of the Campus Officers of the medical staff at the campus location. Serves as a liaison between Campus medical staff members and Campus Officers, centralized medical staff services, other hospital departments, and administration to provide outstanding customer service and accepting responsibility to build and maintain relationships that are equally respectful to all. The value you’ll bring to the team: Coordinates the Campus medical staff master calendar and circulates on campus and to the system Medical Staff Office. Manages Campus Code of Conduct (COC) process. Receives all reports and processes according to the Medical Staff Code of Conduct Policy MSP#101 maintaining confidently of this highly sensitive committee. Maintains up to date knowledge regarding the Medical Staff Bylaws, Organizational Policy, Credentialing Policy, Allied Health Policy, Peer Review Policy and General Rules and Regulations. Conducts Medical Staff Required Campus Orientation for all new physician and Allied Health Applicants. Reviews required materials from the orientation manual and completes orientation check list and survey with each candidate The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Required qualifications: Bachelor's in Business or Office Administration, or related field 3+ years of experience in a healthcare environment Experience in meeting management and minutes recording
