QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent with Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Medical Staff Services and credentialing experience required. Microsoft Office experience required.
  • Skills, knowledge and abilities: Must be computer literate. Effective communication skills both written and oral. Effective project management to include problem solving and group facilitation skills. Excellent customer service. Strong attention to detail. Ability to multi task and demonstrate excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of healthcare services and regulatory standards beneficial. Working conditions, mental and physical requirements.
  • Equipment used: Computer, copier (general office equipment).
  • Preferred Education:Bachelors Degree preferred (Business Administration or related health or management field).
  • Certification/Registration:Certified Professional Medical Staff Management (CPMSM) or a Certified Professional Credentialing Specialist (CPCS).
