Position Overview As a Medical Team Lead, you will serve as the primary clinical support for your assigned provider, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional patient care. This role requires flexibility to work the same schedule as your assigned provider, which may vary based on clinic needs. While you will primarily work in Rexburg, location may vary depending on scheduling. Responsibilities: Assist provider with nursing and administrative tasks, prepare patients for exams and procedures, administer medications and diagnostic tests, maintain clinical supplies and patient records, support scheduling and referrals, uphold confidentiality and workplace standards, and perform other related duties. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Current CMA, LPN, or RN certification Ability to administer medications and IVs, take vital signs, and assist with various medical procedures Minimum 2 years clinical/medical experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Current CPR certification Strong teamwork, communication, and patient care skills Please submit your resume with references!
