• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, allied health technologies or science
• Must have a degree in Chemical, Physical, or Biological Science or Medical Laboratory Science from an accredited institution in accordance with CLIA
• Foreign educated candidates must provide a detailed credential evaluation from the IERF (International Education Research Foundation).
• United States educated candidates must provide a detailed original transcript
• Experience not required
• Certified with in the year of date of hire for Biological Degree(s)
• Certified within six months of date of hire for MLS/MT training programs
• Previous experience in a hospital laboratory or clinical laboratory preferred
• Ability to analyze test results for accuracy, acceptability and to act on critical values in a timely manner.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance on analyzers.
• Ability to perform clinical diagnostic testing on patients samples working in a stat environment.
• Basic computer skills required
  The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $28-42, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package
