Job Summary :
Medpace has established laboratories in the USA, Europe, Singapore, and China. We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Technologist for flow cytometry, to join our Medpace Reference Laboratory team in Singapore. This position plays a pivotal role in research-based drug development within the pharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities :

  • Perform routine maintenance, calibration and sample analysis on flow cytometers;
  • Assist with the development, optimization, and validation of laboratory-developed tests;
  • Expected to develop knowledge of local and international regulations regarding clinical trials;
  • Expected to develop knowledge of pre-analytical variables affecting clinical flow cytometry analysis;
  • Perform laboratory investigations;
  • Perform testing, documentation, and routine lab system operations; and
  • Ensure validity of laboratory data reported.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in flow cytometry and Immunology-related functional areas;
  • Working experience with BD FACSLyric or alternative flow cytometer(s) is preferred;
  • Working experience in Immunology and Haematology are preferred;
  • Working experience of FACSDiva and FlowJo are preferred;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Able to work in a team environment with effective interpersonal skills and able to work independently; and
  • Working hours is from 8:30am to 5:30pm to be worked over 5 days between Monday to Saturday (Saturdays and PH being rotational).
