QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Graduate of an accredited medical laboratory technician program or an equivalent work experience/education background which will lead to certification.
2.MT (ASCP) or equivalent certification.
3.Ability to meet lifting classification.
4.Well groomed and demonstrates appropriate conduct.
5.Willingness to learn and use quality tools and promote patient satisfaction principles.
6.Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred. Ability to work with a culturally diverse population
