Performs a wide variety of laboratory procedures using both manual and automated methods. Is expected to show a considerable degree of independent judgment regarding the performance and reporting of results. Actively participates in the quality improvement activities of the laboratory. Certification: MT(ASCP) or equivalent. Education Bachelor's Degree Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or Life Sciences with 26 science credits with appropriate experience in a CLIA laboratory Required Experience 1 year experience in relevant laboratory section Preferred Licenses Amer Soc Clinical Pathology Preferred
