Description Medical Transportation Dispatcher Tuesday thru Saturday 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Pleasantville, NJ Description TriCare Medical Transportation is seeking a dependable and motivated Dispatcher to support our MAV (Mobility Assistance Vehicle) and BLS (Basic Life Support) operations. TriCare Medical Transportation is South Jersey’s premier medical transportation company. We are a large-scale 24/7 operation with over 300 employees and 130 vehicles, providing service from our headquarters in Pleasantville, NJ and two satellite locations in Vineland and Cherry Hill. TriCare is a trusted provider of non-emergency medical transportation services, committed to helping individuals with mobility challenges get to and from medical appointments safely and on time. WHAT YOU’LL DO This role plays an important part in ensuring patients are transported safely and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates well, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. · Dispatch and coordinate MAV and BLS units for scheduled and on-demand transports · Monitor trips and adjust assignments as needed to maintain efficiency and on-time performance · Communicate with drivers, healthcare facilities, and internal teams · Accurately document trip updates and communications in CAD systems · Assist with resolving delays, scheduling conflicts, and operational issues · Support operations with professionalism and attention to detail WHAT YOU’LL NEED · Previous dispatch, logistics, or transportation experience preferred · Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting · Strong communication and problem-solving skills · Comfortable making decisions and adapting to changing situations · Familiarity with CAD or dispatch systems is a plus · Knowledge of medical transport terminology (MAV, BLS, etc.) is helpful but not required · Clean background check · Negative drug screening Schedule Tuesday thru Saturday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Consistent, full-time hours PERKS Competitive compensation $20.00HR - $24.00hr based on experience Benefits package (Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance) Health Benefits starting at $10.00 weekly Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) after 6 months of service Opportunities for growth and advancement $5000 Tuition Reimbursement JOB TYPE: Full-time TriCare Medical Transportation is an Equal Opportunity Employer
