Our team supports medical practices by providing highly skilled Virtual Assistants who help streamline administrative operations and improve patient experience. We are currently looking for a Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant (Creole & English) who can support a US-based healthcare client. Role Overview As a Medical Virtual Assistant, you will provide remote administrative support to a healthcare practice. This includes assisting with patient coordination, managing records, scheduling appointments, and supporting telehealth operations. Virtual medical assistants help clinics run efficiently by handling essential administrative tasks and patient communication remotely. Start Part Time: 20 to 30 hrs/week Pay: $7.00 to $9 / hour - depending on experience Willing to work on EST Hours Key Responsibilities Communicate with patients in Creole and English via phone, email, and video calls Schedule and manage patient appointments Handle patient intake and update medical records in EHR systems Verify insurance information and assist with basic billing or referrals Support telehealth workflows and documentation Follow up with patients regarding appointments, prescriptions, or care instructions Coordinate with healthcare providers and clinic staff Maintain confidentiality and follow healthcare privacy standards Requirements Fluent in Creole and English (spoken and written) Previous experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant, Healthcare VA, or Medical Office Staff Comfortable speaking with patients and handling video calls Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare workflows Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work US business hours Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup Quiet workspace suitable for patient communication
