About the Role: We are seeking a friendly, engaging, and highly communicative Medical Virtual Assistant with proven MedSpa or Aesthetic clinic experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling patient interactions, explaining procedures in a clear and reassuring manner, and managing both inbound and outbound calls, insurance verification and scheduling appointments. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, and other communication channels Clearly explain aesthetic and MedSpa procedures, pricing, and pre/post-care instructions Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and warmth Schedule appointments and manage bookings in PatientNow EMR. Document patient inquiries and follow-up actions accurately Insurance Verification Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth clinic operations Must have MedSpa/Aesthetic clinic experience PatientNow EMR experience is a plus Exceptional communication skills with minimal to no accent Friendly, bubbly, and approachable personality Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a remote setting
