Roles and Responsibilities Managing the KPI Updating client details Uploading referral PDFs to client profiles in our PMS Entering client data received via email, chat, or phone into PMS Communicating with patients via email, call and live chats to obtain any missing relevant information, answer their query and relay the information from the psychologist Completing daily operational checklists Ensuring upcoming appointments are booked, rescheduled and cancelled correctly.
