JMO Unit sits within NBH Medical Workforce and provides specific advice and support to Junior Medical Officers (JMO’s) relating to recruitment, onboarding, rostering, payroll, leave management, education and pastoral care. This includes JMOs employed directly by Healthscope, as well as NSW Health employees who are rotating to Northern Beaches Hospital.
About the Role
The Medical Workforce Coordinator is responsible for providing efficient and effective administration services to the functions that support the Medical Workforce Unit, including:
Supporting the delivery of clinical services across the hospital and liaising with key stakeholders at NBH, NSW Health and Healthscope.
You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our medical workforce. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team that values excellence, teamwork, and ongoing learning. This position reports directly to the JMO Unit Manager, and works in collaboration with the Medical Workforce team.
Key responsibilities:
Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the unit, and achievement of key performance indicators, planning and implementation as required.
