We are seeking an experienced and motivated Medicare Sales Manager to lead, coach, and support a team of Medicare sales agents. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive, results-driven culture. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on Medicare sales experience and a passion for developing talent.
