Job Description We are seeking a Medication Technician to join our team! Competitive pay. The successful candidate will dispense medications to residents at our Assisted Living community and oversee the care and medication needs of our Memory Care Wing. Immediate hire for the right person. Previous Medication Technician experience required. Responsibilities: Communicating with resident care director on resident changes, medication updates, etc. Ensure Department is Title XXII compliant at all times Following all medication guidelines that were given in medication training Pull, pour, assist residents with medications Ensure resident care is being done per assessment and documenting Assist with med-room tasks Assist and manage resident emergencies Help on the floor as a caregiver when necessary Qualifications Previous experience as a Med Tech or Certified Nursing Assistant Previous supervisor or management experience Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures Ability to stay calm in stressful situations Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize and multitask

Responsibilities

The Medication Technician is responsible for dispensing medications to residents and overseeing the care needs of the Memory Care Wing. They must ensure Title XXII compliance and assist with resident emergencies and general caregiving tasks.
