JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a Pharmacy Technician seeking a rewarding and dynamic role where you can contribute to patient safety and work as part of a multidisciplinary team across both mental health community crisis services and hospitals? This role will require working independently and collaboratively within the wider pharmacy team. As a Medicines Optimisation Pharmacy Technician within the crisis service, you’ll support medicines reconciliation, prescription reviews, discharge facilitation, ward-based dispensing, medication recycling, patient counselling, and audits.

If you do not currently work for one of these NHS organisations, your application will not be considered at this time.
