CONSULTANT NEUROLOGIST REQUIRED – MEDICO-LEGAL INSTRUCTION (PERSONAL INJURY)

We are seeking a Consultant Neurologist to assist in a medico-legal personal injury case following a road traffic accident (RTA).

• Turnaround Time: Report required within 10 days of assessment

CASE SUMMARY:

The claimant sustained injuries and developed persistent headaches after being thrown across a bus during a sudden stop. A neurologist is required to assess prognosis and potential long-term effects such as post-traumatic epilepsy or dementia, and to provide an expert opinion on causation, condition, and prognosis
