Appical is a leading SaaS onboarding platform which optimizes employee experiences, simplifies workflow creation and onboarding journey planning. As part of the globally recognized cloud software company Visma, we’re expanding our development team to meet growing customer expectations. We’re currently seeking a Medior .Net Backend Developer.

EXPERIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a person with at least 4+ years of development experience using C# and the following:

• Good knowledge of .NET Core, Entity Framework Core
• Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for back-end development issues
• A permit to live and work in the EU

PERSONAL SKILLS:

• Excellent English communication abilities (B2+ level) - to work effectively in a team.
• A curious and self-driven person who loves to experiment and find solutions to challenging problems, especially in relatively new and unknown tech such as AI
• Excellent collaboration abilities to brainstorm about complex implementation considerations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  Please note: We are specifically seeking a Developer residing in the Netherlands.
  Regardless of the long list of expectations mentioned above you do not need to be an expert in all areas. Equally important as all tech skills is how you fit the group as a personality

• Assist in designing and developing ASP Core logic for data integrations.
• Connect with other HR / ATS systems to schedule integrations from those platform into Appical as new employees or their managers
• Build new functionalities to facilitate Customer Business Logic
• Collaborate to understand requirements and provide technical insights.
• Participate in the design and implementation of database structures
• Optimise performance, scalability, of serverless systems
• Contribute to code reviews
• Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues.
• Optionally - Creating a front-end, if you’re interested in that as well
