Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Medior Developer to join our growing development team. This role involves working on the design, development, and maintenance of automation solutions, leveraging your skills in Python, Shell scripting, Robot Framework, and Ansible. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code and contributing to the automation processes that drive efficiency and performance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications and automation scripts for various processes.
• Design and implement automated testing solutions using Robot Framework and other related tools.
• Create and manage automation playbooks with Ansible to improve configuration management and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with senior developers, product managers, and other team members to define requirements and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across different stages of development and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and sharing knowledge with junior team members.
• Document and maintain technical solutions and system configurations for automation processes.
• Continuously improve automation and development processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on automation and scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Python and Shell Scripting for system automation and development tasks.
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework for automated testing.
• Solid understanding of Ansible for configuration management and automation.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in debugging and optimizing code performance.
