We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team and provide an exceptional first impression to our guests. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Assist with coordinating guest seating to ensure optimal service flow Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions Communicate effectively with the waitstaff to ensure seamless service Handle guest inquiries and reservations over the phone Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area * Sunday Morning Availability Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional appearance and attitude Ability to work evenings and weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is a must) What We Offer: Competitive pay ranging from $16.90 to $18 per hour A positive and supportive work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company Employee discounts at the Westlake Village Inn
