JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Client Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional customer service. This position involves managing client communications, supporting administrative tasks, and maintaining an efficient office environment. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in an office environment, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents.
  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office setting is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
