Description
General Project Management Responsible for driving execution of cross-functional business initiatives through the Magellan program. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and leadership across multiple divisions, stakeholders, and project streams within a highly matrixed organization. Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and resources across workstreams. Act as a liaison and influencer, helping to resolve differences between stakeholders, drive consensus, and support problem-solving to remove roadblocks. Deliver regular updates and presentations to executive sponsors, key stakeholders, and project team members, summarizing milestones, risks, and decisions. Collaborate with the Magellan PMO team, subject matter experts, solution architects, and super users to ensure alignment and implementation success. Ensure adherence to Magellan's standard processes, timelines, and deliverables through proactive governance and status reporting. Process Improvement and Change Adoption BS/BA Degree in Business, Engineering or related field and/or equivalent experience 5+ years technical professional or operational experience in medical device field 5+ years of project or program management skills Working knowledge of SAP systems and SAP implementation Proven adaptability, comfortable with change and with a demonstrated ability to react and respond to a fast-changing environment Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
