Your role will be key in ensuring efficient policy management, supporting the development of new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with clients across the bank’s different segments. Key Responsibilities • Managing insurance quotes with insurers • Monitoring and following up on the policy portfolio • Operational management of insurance policies • Regulatory compliance and ongoing training • Continuous process improvement What profile are we looking for? A well-organized, customer-oriented professional with an interest in developing a career in the insurance and financial services industry.
