Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive Discovery Sessions with clients to understand event requirements
  • Subject matter expert, partnering with onsite Catering Team on Catering and Menu planning within budget parameters
  • Create detailed event plans with timelines, checklists, and contingency strategies
  • Coordinate all event elements
  • Provide on-site coordination before, during and after events to ensure smooth execution
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal catering teams throughout the entire planning lifecycle
  • Provide comprehensive on-site event management before, during, and after events to ensure flawless execution
  • Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to capture client feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives
