Job Description What you’ll do… You'll manage meetings and events from enquiry to handover, making sure every detail is covered and every guest has a great experience, by: Handle enquiries, create proposals and convert bookings. Plan events and ensure a smooth handover to our operations team. Build lasting relationships with clients and encourage repeat business. Conduct site visits and show rounds. Keep Opera Cloud up to date and prepare weekly function sheets. Work closely with other departments to deliver seamless events.
