At Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam, we are looking for a detail‑driven Meeting & Events Organizing Specialist who thrives on coordination, communication and delivering flawless event journeys. Your role in the journey As a Meeting & Events Organizing Specialist, you are responsible for the organization, progression and financial follow‑up of confirmed group reservations and events. You are the main point of contact for your clients and actively build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business. Your responsibilities include: Managing all event details, including menus, floorplans, rooming lists and logistical requirements. Proactively offering tailored solutions that meet client needs while optimizing profitability. Identifying opportunities for up‑selling event enhancements and cross‑selling additional services and packages. Preparing and sending confirmations, proforma invoices and other essential documentation. Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients to refine event details and answer questions. Organizing and conducting site visits to align expectations and event specifications. Ensuring all client agreements are accurately documented and aligned with operational execution. Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure smooth event delivery. Conducting post‑event evaluations to gather feedback and continuously improve client experiences. Stress resistance and an organized, structured working style. A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail — always thinking one step ahead. Flexibility, accuracy and a naturally helpful attitude. Relevant experience in meetings, events or hospitality is an advantage. Excellent command of English; Dutch is a plus.
