Job Description Your role in the journey As a Meeting & Events Sales Specialist, you’ll be the key contact for potential group bookings and events. You’ll guide guests from first contact to final contract, ensuring every detail is aligned with their vision. Your responsibilities include: Composing tailored quotations based on guest wishes. Conducting site inspections and building lasting relationships. Negotiating contracts, pricing and terms with confidence. Maximizing revenue through strategic up- and cross-selling. Managing correspondence, contracts, invoices and payments. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners. Qualifications What you’ll bring Strong communication skills and persuasive energy. Calmness under pressure and excellent organizational abilities. A strategic mindset and commercial awareness. Accuracy, flexibility and a helpful attitude. A proactive approach and a passion for hospitality. Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
