Assign in coming M&E Sales enquiries to relevant team members, to ensure that we optimise the opportunity
Provide timely and accurate communication to the team and related departments with details of all Sales functions in the 3 hotels
Support the M&E Sales team in generating leads and referring business by analysing current business, denied business and identifying potential new business through the office
After event follow up with all clients to solicit satisfaction, and deal with feedback very quickly especially if a problem is highlighted
Manage M&E sales team diary for Site Inspections, Fam Trips, Trade Shows, Sales Missions and industry events
Keep supplies of all M&E sales collateral stocked and monitor usage to help and support Marketing with keeping stocks replenished
Manage the Meetings RFP process for all the London Hotels and third party portals including CVENT and Venue Directory
Review third party online platforms to ensure enquiries are being responded to in a timely fashion
Keep SOP’s and quality standards up to date and communicated with the team monthly
