We are looking for our Meetings & Events Planning Manager, who:

  • Meticulously coordinates and plan the larger hotel events
  • Has knowledge of conferences & menus etc
  • Has Opera experience (Sales & Catering & rooms) preferred
  • Injects fresh new ideas to drive service standards and encourage repeat business
  • Engages with Senior Stakeholders daily
  • Pro-actively drives incremental spending on events
  • Will communicate all event details to the hotel operational teams through the BEO in a timely and effective manner
  • Establishes and nurtures positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Demonstrates your passion for events and excellent hospitality

  • Has previous experience working in hotels M&E Planning (or conference agency) at Senior level
