What You’ll Do
As the Meetings & Events Business Insights Senior Manager, you will serve as a subject matter expert at the intersection of event strategy and business intelligence. You will transform data into compelling narratives and actionable insights that influence decision-making at the highest levels of the organization. You will line manage the Meetings & Events Event Analysis, providing coaching, development, and direction to support team growth and performance.
Reporting to the Meetings & Events Services Senior Director, you will collaborate closely with Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A), Data teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive innovation, optimize event performance, and support the evolution of our global Meetings & Events portfolio.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Deep subject matter expertise in the Meetings & Events industry, with a strong understanding of global event operations, trends, and strategy.
• Familiarity with leading M&E technologies and platforms (e.g., Cvent), including use cases, capabilities, and innovation opportunities.
• Proven ability to translate event data and analytics into insights that inform executive decision-making and business performance.
• Strong knowledge of business intelligence concepts and tools, with the ability to partner effectively with BI&A and data teams.
• Skilled in executive communication with the ability to craft compelling narratives grounded in data.
• Experience collaborating across globally distributed, cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage complex projects, and deliver results in fast-paced and dynamic business settings.
• 8+ years of experience in roles spanning event strategy, technology, business intelligence, and/or transformation consulting.
