ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Meetings & Events Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the events function, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and Director of Sales to drive event revenue and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and coordinate all meeting and event operations
  • Work closely with sales and reservations teams to maximize bookings and revenue
  • Manage a team of event service professionals, ensuring top-tier guest experiences
  • Ensure function rooms are set up, fully equipped, and meet guest expectations
  • Monitor food & beverage service, ensuring quality and compliance with brand standards
  • Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and continuously improve service delivery
  • Develop strategies with the Director of Sales to achieve revenue goals
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational excellence
