The Role Our Melbourne Central team plays a key role in representing the brand our customers. You’ll help create standout customer experiences in a busy environment where no two days look the same. Depending on your experience, your role may include: Delivering confident, personalised, customer service in a high-volume store Helping customers quickly find the right product without feeling rushed Maintaining strong floor presence, store standards and visual presentation Processing transactions accurately during peak trade periods Supporting stock flow, replenishment and back-of-house organisation Leading by example on the floor and supporting team momentum Opening and closing the store (Supervisor / Assistant Manager level) Coaching team members and supporting daily floor leadership (where applicable) Who We’re Looking For We’re open to a range of experience levels, but Melbourne Central suits people who: Thrive in busy retail environments Stay calm, focused and friendly during peak periods Take pride in delivering consistent, quality service Work well as part of a close, fast-moving team You Might Be: A full-time retail team member looking for stability and progression A Supervisor ready to take on more responsibility An Assistant Manager experienced in high-traffic retail locations What You Bring Retail or customer service experience (essential for leadership roles) Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner The ability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends Reliability, energy and attention to detail An interest in premium retail, design or sustainability The Perks A culture of smart, engaged, values driven people, where everybody's voice matters.
