Melbourne QV VIC – Menswear Department Sales Associate

We are searching for an experienced menswear specialist to join the team at our QV Melbourne CBD flagship. The successful applicant will currently be working in or have previous experience in a menswear sales role that is in line with the bassike culture. Through exceptional customer service you will build new and continue to nurture existing client relationships. You will be a highly motivated individual who has proven leadership qualities, understand the bassike aesthetic and show strong organisation and communications skills.

The primary purpose of this role includes:

• Driving sales to deliver weekly/monthly/annual sales targets
• Maintaining a high level of customer service that demonstrates repeat client sales and client brand loyalty
• Provide commentary and feedback through weekly reporting relating to sales including strengths, opportunities and strategy for the weeks/months ahead.
• Carrying out of store-operating standards
• Maintaining company policy and procedure
• Support the store manager to coordinate and uphold loss prevention strategies
• Maintaining the highest level of personal and store presentation standards

The successful applicant will possess:

• Comprehensive understanding of middle end to luxury fashion in the Australian market place; including pricing, competitor brands, competitor retailers, influential brands and local demographics.
• Ability to meet sales targets
• The ability to work under pressure and be highly organised
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to further develop and enhance professional relationships
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to all customers with a friendly and professional manner
• Strong reporting skills
• The ability to be part of a team
