As a Member Associate at Bloc Fitness, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, providing exceptional customer service while promoting a welcoming and engaging fitness environment. You will assist with membership inquiries, process transactions, and ensure members have a seamless experience. Responsibilities: Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude. Process membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations. Offer and lead tours to prospective members. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about memberships, programs, and amenities. Maintain an organized and clean front desk area. Assist with billing, payments, and basic account troubleshooting. Promote and sell fitness center services, including personal training. Support member retention efforts by engaging with members and addressing concerns. Enforce facility policies and ensure a safe and respectful environment. Assist with event coordination and member engagement initiatives. Perform light administrative and maintenance duties as needed. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
